ChiLTERN has now formally set up its Patient Advisory Group and held our first meeting on 13 November in London near the Barbican Centre. It was really wonderful to meet and welcome our first few parents of children who have had liver cancer. We are also pleased to welcome Ollie who took time off school to join us as our first patient representatives. The evening was a success and we covered many areas where we could incorporate the views and experiences of both parents and patients. We hope to welcome more parents/patients to join our group.
