Three Birmingham Egyptology members will be speaking at the conference: Eleanor Simmance and Laura Grimshaw will jointly present on our own TuT project, ‘Texts, Context and Interpretation: Exploring Tutankhamun in the Birmingham Egyptology TuT Project’, and Edward Mushett Cole will present an element of his PhD research, ‘Foreign influence in the late New Kingdom and Third Intermediate Period’. Both of these presentations will be on the final day, but the rest of the programme throughout the three days looks most varied. Perhaps we will see you there!
