Birmingham Egyptology Poster Presentation Guidelines
Posters are an excellent way to present research in a short, succinct, and visual manner and act as a sort of visual abstract/summary of your research. As such, it should favour the use of graphics and prioritize legality.
Guidelines
– Posters should be size A0 (841 x 1189 mm).
– Posters should be readable from about 1-2 metres away. This generally means about font size 78-90 for title, 48+ for headings, and 24+ for body text. Please do not use any text less than 24. (Citations, acknowledgements, and similar text may be done in a smaller font size.)
– Please choose a font and color that will be easily read and is accessible in black and white.
– Please include your name, affiliations, and email address somewhere on the poster.
Please note, you will be responsible for printing and transporting your poster to the Symposium.
