To cancel an appointment
- Log in using your University username and password
- Navigate to Appointments
- Choose the appointment you’d like to cancel and click “See details and edit”
(if you cannot see the appointment in your list try clicking on Active, Pending, Completed at the top of the list). - Add a note to explain the cancellation
- Set the status to “Removed”
- Click save/update
Cancellation emails
The system will automatically send a Cancellation email that includes your note to the student.
You do not have to resend a confirmation email.
