Sarah is a Reader at Cardiff University’s Business School and is the Wales Lead for IMPACT. Her research focuses on contemporary experiences of work and employment. She is particularly interested in diverse contexts of care delivery and the nature of work in adult social care. Sarah has undertaken research on skills, job quality and work meanings within a social care cooperative.
Sarah is passionate about raising the decent work agenda within the social care sector and her research is motivated to better appreciate and recognise the skills and diverse roles of employees in the sector.
