He has a deep interest in nuclear power and believes it is an important factor in the future of energy production, working towards finding and understanding materials that can withstand the extreme environments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His project is investigating and understanding the deformation mechanisms of cryogenic materials.
