Add a twitter timeline to your sidebar

Step by step…

1. Visit https://publish.twitter.com/
2. Enter the twitter profile URL, e.g. https://twitter.com/unibirmingham
3. Choose Embedded Timeline as your display option
4. (Set your own customisation options if you wish)
5. Select “Copy Code”
6. In your WordPress site, select Appearance > Widgets
7. Select Text, and sidebar, then “Add Widget”
8. Add a title, e.g. “Twitter Timeline”
9. Paste Code into Content (ctrl +v). Click Save
10. Adjust order of widgets in sidebar to suit your needs.
11. Have another look at your site.
